Terms & Conditions of ppvlpp

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ppvlpp website, mobile browser application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ppvlpp ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ppvlpp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. ppvlpp reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where this condition is not satisfied.

1.2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by ppvlpp, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes. You may only hold one account per person. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

1.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for use by players who access it from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ppvlpp makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account with any third party. ppvlpp will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify ppvlpp immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ppvlpp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ppvlpp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ppvlpp account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. ppvlpp is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system interruptions. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact support with proof of the transaction.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. ppvlpp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to applicable verification.

2.4 Currency and Conversion

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ppvlpp does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the responsibility of the account holder, and associated fees are not borne by ppvlpp.

2.5 Fraudulent Transactions

ppvlpp employs fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Any account found to be associated with fraudulent deposits, unauthorised payment instruments, or chargeback attempts will be immediately suspended. All funds in such accounts may be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of fraudulent activity may be voided.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the ppvlpp welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

3.2 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ppvlpp are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game types (including progressive jackpots and specific live casino tables) may be excluded from wagering contributions. Full details are published on the relevant promotion page.
• ppvlpp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

ppvlpp may from time to time offer seasonal promotions coinciding with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, IPL, or other events. Each such promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions apply in addition to any specific terms.

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ppvlpp sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market — are correct before confirming a wager. ppvlpp will not accept requests to void or amend a confirmed bet on grounds of user error, except at its sole discretion in clearly documented exceptional circumstances.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, game, and market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. ppvlpp reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

4.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome, ppvlpp reserves the right to void the relevant bets or rounds. ppvlpp will not be liable for any loss arising from a malfunction or error of any kind. All affected players will be notified in a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 Fair Play and Random Number Generation

All casino games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated under internationally recognised fair-play frameworks. ppvlpp does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers.

4.5 Prohibited Betting Strategies

ppvlpp prohibits the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Any account found to be using such methods will be immediately suspended. Arbitrage betting, match fixing, and collusion between players are also strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ppvlpp. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

ppvlpp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited betting strategies;
• Failure to satisfy age verification requirements;
• Any activity that ppvlpp reasonably believes to be in violation of applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, ppvlpp reserves the right to void any pending bets and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvlpp, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

ppvlpp does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppvlpp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ppvlpp's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the ppvlpp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ppvlpp uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to ppvlpp's customer support team for resolution. ppvlpp is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
